Neumann Paige helps sophisticated clients navigate what surfaces about them across search engines and AI assistants. Every matter we take is different, and every outcome depends on facts we do not control. This page sets out the honest limits of what a website can promise — and clarifies our relationship to the platforms our work touches.

No guarantee of specific results.

Nothing on this Site is a promise that any particular result can be achieved in your matter. Search engines, AI assistants, and publishers operate independently and change their systems constantly. What is possible depends on the underlying facts, the sources involved, the jurisdictions in play, the age and reach of the material, and the cooperation we receive from third parties.

Any figures, timelines, examples, or descriptions of prior work — whether on this Site or in a conversation with us — reflect a specific situation at a specific time. They are illustrative, not predictive. We do not guarantee suppression, removal, deindexing, correction, retraction, or any change to how any specific system represents you.

Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, or any other search or AI platform we may reference.

Platform names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the environment our work operates in — never to imply approval, review, or a business relationship.

We do not access platform internals.

Our work is performed from the outside, using publicly available information and legitimate channels each platform makes available to the public, to publishers, or to legal representatives. We do not have — and do not claim to have — back-channel access, preferential relationships, insider tools, or the ability to override any platform's ranking, moderation, or generation systems.

AI-generated content changes.

Large language models produce different answers to the same question at different times, for different users, in different regions, and across model versions. A snapshot of what an assistant said on one day is not a permanent record. Progress in AI reputation work is measured across patterns and over time, not from single prompts.

Third-party content and links.

The Site may link to or describe third-party publications, tools, and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, or availability. Inclusion of a link or reference is not endorsement.

Forward-looking statements.
