Process

How a Neumann Paige engagement is structured.

Every engagement begins with a confidential conversation and a comprehensive audit of your presence across search engines and AI platforms. From there, we design a strategy specific to your situation.

The arc

Five stages, in order, with no shortcuts.

  1. 01

    Confidential intake

A private conversation — usually 30 to 45 minutes — to understand what triggered the inquiry, what is at stake, and what has already been tried. Nothing that follows requires you to commit; the intake itself is often useful.

  2. 02

    Search & AI audit

We map what currently appears about you across Google, Bing, Yahoo, news results, knowledge panels, and image search — and what the major AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Perplexity) currently say when asked about you by name and by role.

  3. 03

    Written strategy

You receive a written strategy: what we recommend, why, what outcomes are realistic in what timeframe, and what falls outside the scope of what any advisor can promise. Nothing begins until you approve it.

  4. 04

    Execution

Direct work by our senior team. Depending on your situation this can include suppression content, deindexing petitions, biographical and authority work, source-material corrections, knowledge-panel claims, and structured content designed to be read by AI models.

  5. 05

    Monitoring & maintenance

Search results move. AI models are retrained. New material appears. Ongoing monitoring — with monthly reporting — is how a strategy holds over time.

What to expect

Timeframes are honest, not marketing.

Meaningful movement on the first page of Google typically takes three to nine months, depending on the specific results in question, their source, their age, and their link profile. Removals — where possible at all — usually take weeks. AI-answer changes track roughly to the underlying search environment, with a lag as models refresh.

What we will not do

A short list, kept short on purpose.

  • Fabricate reviews, testimonials, or biographical material
  • Impersonate you, opposing parties, journalists, or platform staff
  • Threaten publishers or use fraudulent legal notices
  • Promise specific rankings or removals we cannot control
  • Publish client identities as marketing material
